Domaine Luquet Depuis 1878.

Domaine Roger Luquet

The cellar and winery for this 5th generation family vigneron is located in a recently renovated property opposite the imposing village church in the centre of the historical village of Fuissé, which can trace its origins back to Roman times.

Since Benoit Luquet established the family roots in vine growing in the 19th century, the Domaine has extended to encompass the key appellations of the Mâconnais. Today, Patrick Luquet, as well as his sister Christine Mathieu and her husband Thierry, preside over 30 hectares of vineyards, including 40 to 70 year old vines in Fuissé and seven nearby villages.

The Domiane produces delicious classic white Burgundy, generous in fruit and flavour but balanced with the judicious use of French oak barrels to give hints of nutty complexity.
