Are you a social media whizz and know your Malbec from your Merlot? If so, our Digital Marketing role could be perfect for you. We are looking for a level-headed team player with digital marketing experience to manage our social media, website and email communications. 

Full-Time / Hanworth, Middlesex. Hybrid working available / Salary: Competitive

About Ellis Wines:

Ellis Wines are an independent, family-run, specialist wine merchant based near Twickenham, Middlesex. Representing award-winning producers from around the world, we supply to a diverse customer base in the hospitality sector in London and across the country.

Your roles & responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Social media: 

• Create a monthly calendar of content
• Write posts for all platforms
• Work with design team to create graphics
• Schedule content
• Look at analytics to improve engagement

Website:

• Create content plan for website posts with Marketing Manager
• Write content for website posts
• Publish content for website
• Update bottle shots and product information with help of design team & buying team
• Look at analytics to improve website ratings

Email communication:

• This would cover both internal and external communication with our staff and customers
• Create content plan for email communications
• Write content for emails
• Work with design team to create graphics and build emails
• Manage CRM

Other:

• Ad-hoc projects to help Marketing team

Ideally you would:

• Have 2 years + digital marketing experience
• Have experience with a scheduling tool such as Hootsuite
• Have experience with email software such as Mailchimp
• Show an interest in wine and the hospitality industry
• Have experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (preferable)
• Have a willingness to learn and grow
• Be self-sufficient, enthusiastic, and hard working
• Be a team player
